Neuro Heroes offers live, condition-specific exercises classes delivered online by neuro physiotherapists and strength & conditioning experts.
Each 1-hour class is streamed online via Zoom, allowing instructors us to give real-time individualised feedback.
No, there is no commercial or financial relationship between us.

Neuro Heroes deliver quality feedback for me, and for everyone in their small, fun, friendly classes. My balance, strength and CV fitness have improved immeasurably, and my confidence has grown. It’s easy to book and log in to classes.
