The Perfect PFE for Men is a medical device designed to combat bladder weakness and faecal incontinence in men. The company behind the device, TensCare, also markets a version for women called the Perfect PFE. 

The Perfect PFE – or Pelvic Floor Exerciser – works by sending a gentle stimulation comparable to your natural nerve impulses directly to your pelvic floor muscles via an anal probe. These signals cause your pelvic floor muscles to contract, helping you to regain control over them as they gradually become more toned over time.

These pelvic floor exercises can help fight bladder weakness and provide pain relief by addressing conditions like chronic prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The device also helps you to maintain healthy bowel movements and improves pelvic strength, making it particularly useful for those facing postprostatectomy incontinence.
