ReadClear is an e-reader app designed to improve the readability of books, news articles and documents for people with visual difficulties caused by neurological conditions.

ReadClear reduces visual distractions for people with neurological visual impairment who find that they struggle to follow lines of text or get lost on a page.

It was developed by researchers at University College London (UCL) and co-designed with input from a group of people with a rare and progressive form of dementia called posterior cortical atrophy (PCA).
