Squeezy is an NHS app created to help people experiencing issues with their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles.

Squeezy helps by reminding you when it’s time to do your pelvic floor exercises and guides you through completing them. The app comes preset with a clinically-recommended exercise plan. If you are experiencing symptoms and working with a pelvic health specialist, Squeezy can also be tailored with a personalised plan to fit your needs.

Squeezy uses helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme and it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed. It also has a digital diary to help keep track of any bladder or bowel symptoms, as well as other pelvic health information.

There are Squeezy apps specifically designed for men and women.
