How do I get the printed version of the Tech Guide?
You can subscribe to have every issue sent to you as it’s created. Or you can get one-off copies from the Online Shop.
The printed version of the Tech Guide is intended to be equal to the digital edition. It has the same content and will let you share your experiences with others in a similar way to the website.
But print isn’t the same as the web, so there are some differences and limitations. For example, although we do include the full catalogue of products in both versions, we can’t print every supporting article in the print edition. It would become hundreds of pages long!
There are three main ways to get a copy of the print edition. All are free to people in the UK. We do not charge for the Tech Guide.
By subscribing on the website
If you’re online, you can create an account on the Tech Guide website. To do this, click the “Sign up” button in the navigation area at the top of the page. Enter your email address and a password. You will also have to confirm your email address by clicking on a link in a special email we send you.
Once you have an account, there is an area in your Profile (available from the top of the page) for “Subscriptions”. You can choose to get the print edition, or to stop getting it.
Get a one-off copy from the Online Shop
The Tech Guide print edition is available from the Parkinson’s UK Online Shop along with many others of our printed resources. This is free of charge.
Contact the Helpline
You can also contact the Parkinson’s UK Helpline and they will be able to get you a one-off copy of the Tech Guide, or arrange for you to get a print subscription.
Details of how to contact our Helpline by phone, email or textline are at the bottom of every page.
