Keep on Keep up (KOKU) is a, NHS-approved app that aims to help older adults improve strength, balance and reduce their risk of falls.

Based on scientific research from clinical trials, KOKU provides tailored exercises and evidence-based games to help improve mobility and bone health which in turn, can reduce the likelihood of falls.

Yes. Parkinson’s UK awarded Northumbria University (the developers of KOKU) with a £101,832 grant through our non-drug approaches grant scheme from June 2023 to June 2025.
