The Perfect PFE (Pelvic Floor Exerciser) is a medical device that targets bladder weakness in women. 

The device works by sending a gentle stimulation to the pelvic floor via a vaginal probe. The probe works the muscle to help develop control in this area. Toning the pelvic floor can offer long-term relief from incontinence and even improve sexual intimacy. 

There are 4 presets on the Perfect PFE that offer different levels of intensity. These include Stress, Urge, Mixed and Tone.

Additionally, the ‘chronic pelvic pain’ mode can help manage discomfort in the pelvic region. 

The Perfect PFE comes with a vaginal probe, though you can also request an anal probe to improve faecal incontinence. Alternatively, TensCare sells a version of the device for men that addresses both bladder weakness and faecal incontinence called the Perfect PFE for Men, which you can see here.
