Smile is the first UK mental health app tailored to the needs of people managing chronic physical health conditions.

The app helps people with chronic physical health conditions manage their mental health and wellbeing using five evidence-based approaches: self-compassion and self-care, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and emotional regulation.
