Sleepio is a smartphone app designed to target insomnia using science-backed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods.

The app uses a questionnaire to assign you a sleep score, then builds a personalised treatment programme that takes into account your specific symptoms, goals and lifestyle. The treatment uses CBT techniques to help break the cycles of unwanted thoughts and behaviours that often trigger poor sleep.

Sleepio is available free of charge on the NHS.
