Turny is an AI-powered assistant designed to answer complex questions about Parkinson’s and send personalised weekly updates around the condition.
The assistant — or ‘sidekick’, as the company refers to it — was created by the same Australian healthtech startup behind the Turnto community app, which offers daily insights regarding research and treatments for people with Parkinson’s.
Turny uses the information you share – including your symptoms, treatments and location – to create a unique health profile. It then uses this criteria to search through all of the latest research papers, trials, expert views, patient tips and more from across the web and highlight the news that is most relevant to you in weekly updates.
Turny also functions as an AI chatbot, inviting you to ask complex questions about Parkinson’s. The assistant compiles answers based on more than 400,000 sources, taking into account the perspectives of research papers, patients and expert discussions for answers that cover a range of different viewpoints.
